Shipping policy

 

At Modern Stitch Co, we strive to provide excellent customer service. We will do our best to have all orders processed and shipped within 1-2  business days. In order to be able to keep costs as low as possible for you, we will choose the best rate for shipping via the courier options below. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:                                                                                             All orders shipping to a Canadian address will be shipped expedited parcel via courier - Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days for most addresses (remote locations may experience longer wait times). 

-FREE Shipping on orders greater than $175.00 CAD after discounts and before taxes 

-Orders less than $175.00 CAD after discounts and before taxes will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $12.95 CAD.

SHIPPING TO THE U.S.A.:

To our valued US customers - we love that you shop with us, and we are happy to continue shipping your orders. Please note, we will continue with our regular shipping practices, and all duties, tariffs, and/or other costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to calculate or estimate these costs on your behalf, so please do your research and be prepared. Modern Stitch Co is not responsible for any delayed or lost packages once they are en route to you.

Orders to the United States may take anywhere between 10 and 15 days to arrive, excluding any time your package may be delayed in Customs.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees:
Shipping fees do not include any customs fees, duties or taxes placed on the package. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

LOST PARCELS:
Please note that Modern Stitch Co. does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. We will happily provide any information that we have in regards to your parcel.

IN-STORE PICKUP:
For all our local customers, we offer free in-store pickup. Simply select Pick Up as your delivery method at checkout. Orders will be ready within 24 hours. Please contact us to arrange a pick up time.
