The Olfa 45mm rotary blade is made of the finest quality tungsten-carbon steel. It can be used to cut fabric, paper, leatehr , vinyl, matboard and even foamcore. To extend the longevity of your blade, always use a rotary cutting mat. The mat will also protect your cutting surface. For best results, use with the Olfa 45mm rotary cutter although it can be used with most other 45mm rotary cutters.  Made in Japan.
